Stanly County Access Nineteen (SCAN-TV) is owned and produced by Mark B Ward. Our purpose is to provide small business owners with the opportunity to affordably advertise their business. We produce real Christian programming to encourage our community.

SCAN-TV first aired in September 2005, with a 30-minute loop format. Now, SCAN-TV airs 25 hours per week on Time Warner Cable channel 19, and reaches over 200,000 people in Stanly, Rowan and Cabarrus Counties.
