Upon failure of advertiser
to pas as stipulated above, then at the option of "SCAN-TV",
the entire unpaid balance of this contract shall become due
and payable immediately. In the event it becomes necessary
to have an attorny make demand for payment, or if suit is
instituted to collect on this contract, or any part thereof,
advertiser expressly agrees to pay attorney's fees and all
othercollection costs incurred by "SCAN-TV".
